Dr. Umut Karagöz’s journey in psychology began in 2005 when he pursued an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Driven by a passion for understanding the human mind, he continued with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In 2011, he embarked on his professional career as a Clinical Psychologist at Isparta State Hospital Psychiatry Clinic under the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Karagöz has worked at various prestigious institutions, including Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. Here, he contributed significantly to the Psychiatry Polyclinic and Smoking Cessation Clinic. His dedication and expertise led him to specialize in addiction and psychotherapy. He earned a Doctorate in Addiction and Addiction Treatment from Health Sciences University.

Throughout his career, Dr. Karagöz has acquired a diverse range of certifications and training. He is proficient in assessment tools like MMPI and WISC-R and has specialized training in family counseling, hypnosis, play therapy, and neuropsychological testing.
